 A: All subscriptions get a 5% discount.

You can always edit your subscription: change your coffee selection, bag quantity and delivery frequency. You can pause the subscription, change the date of delivery or cancel the subscription at any time.

Q: I noticed the coffee that I received today was roasted last week. Why is that?

A: Some coffees, especially natural processed ones, benefit from a longer resting period as it allows time for its full flavor to develop. We always release the coffee to our customers when it's at its prime.

Q: What is the best way to store coffee?

A: The best way to store coffee is to keep the whole beans in their original packaging and avoid air, moisture, light and heat.

Our coffee bags feature a one-way valve that lets out gas without letting in oxygen.  Beans should ideally be stored at room temperature and out of sunlight (your kitchen cupboard should be just fine).
