Q: How do your subscriptions work?

A: You select the coffee that you want (Ethiopian, Guatemala etc), how many bags you would like, and then you select how often you would like it delivered. The origin of the coffee will stay the same, but the farm/producer will change as we finish one coffee and start another. You can always edit your subscription. You can change your coffee selection, how many bags you get and how often you get them delivered. You can pause the subscription, change the date of delivery and cancel the subscription at any time. All subscriptions get a 5% discount.

Q: I noticed that my coffee that I just got today was roasted last week. Why is that?

A: Some coffees, especially natural processed ones, taste better when a bit older, they need to off-gas. When we take in a new coffee we test this and always release the coffee to our customers at its prime.

Q: What is the best way to store coffee?

A: The best way to store coffee is in whole beans at a consistent temperature, approximately room temperature. We keep our whole beans in our resealable coffee bags, in our upper kitchen cabinets.
